JioFi Routers now available with up to 100 percent cashback

Reliance Jio is now offering its JioFi routers with up to 100 percent cashback. The benefits included are worth INR 2,010 with the exchange of an old 2G/3G dongle, while without exchange, customers can avail 50 percent cashback with benefits totalling INR 1,005.

The JioFi router is priced at INR 1,999 and can be exchanged with select 2G/3G dongles to benefit from this offer. The company has listed the dongles which can be exchanged here.

For those who do not have an existing 2G or 3G dongle must similarly buy the JioFi router priced at INR 1,999 and must recharge for a minimum amount of INR 309 to be eligible for the 50 percent cashback.

Customers will recoup the value of the cashback in the form of 4G data worth INR 2,010 with an exchange or INR 1,005 without exchange. The JioFi router itself is hotspot device which relies on a Jio SIM to set up internet connectivity and share the connection with other devices. The method for obtaining this cashback is a little tedious. Customers must buy the device first from the Jio website, after which they must take the original bill, the JioFi Box and your old dongle or router that needs to be exchanged to the nearest Reliance Jio store, if you are not going to exchange your old dongles, you will still need to head to the store to avail the 50 percent cashback. You will also need to submit a proof of address, proof of identity and one photograph to get the SIM for the JioFi device activated.

Once the device is activated, you will need to recharge for a minimum INR 309 along with INR 99 for a prime membership, once the Dhan Dhana Dhan offer is over, you will need a minimum recharge of INR 149, to keep the device activated.
